In light of the ongoing global pandemic and with the advice given by the UK Govt. we would like to let you know that the health of our customers and staff is our number one priority. This statement serves to keep all Shataf Aqua Spray UK customers as informed as reasonably possible. Below is a list of announcements on our current service levels which are subject to change.

Website Operations: will remain operational and will continue to process orders. As per government guidelines, some of our suppliers have halted distribution and/or production temporarily to ensure the health of their workers, leading to shortages with some products. We are in regular contact with our suppliers for any updates and we will keep our customers as informed as reasonably possible. If you have any questions or queries about the availability of any product or order please don't hesitate to get in touch. 

Due to the fluidity of the situation, how fast things are changing with our suppliers and running with reduced staff, we are unable to update stock/delivery times across the website as new info comes in. Please note that the estimated delivery times may not be adhered to in this period however, we will try our utmost to fulfil any orders placed ASAP.

Pre-orders:With supplier and manufacturer closures, pre-ordering will ensure that our customers receive their orders at the very earliest opportunity once normal operations resume. As such, we encourage customers to continue to place orders for the items they require to avoid any further delays. If we are unable to arrange delivery of your order, you will be at the front of the queue to receive those items once we are able to have your items delivered in the near future.

Phone Lines: We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service that our customers have come to know and expect. As such, the phone lines remain open and where possible Shataf Aqua Spray UK staff will be working remotely from home as of 27th March 2020.  Due to the difficulties that can arise with working remotely, our phone lines may be a little busier than usual and you may hear background noises from customer service operatives working from home. We ask if you could please bear with us, we will endeavor to help you as much as possible during these difficult and uncertain times.
