Shipping (Postage & Packaging)

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 2 - 3 working days. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our warehouse whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you to arrange a refund or exchange.

1. Shipping charges are calculated automatically according to the weight & dimensions of the items ordered.
2. Free shipping to destinations in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Destinations) is available on orders valued at £80.00 or above. This promotion applies solely to orders placed directly through the website.
3. The maximum shipping charge for UK Orders (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Destinations) is £20.00. This maximum shipping charge applies solely to orders placed directly through the website. 
4. Some individual items may be available with free shipping. If so, this will be indicated under the price of the product. Other products ordered with it will not be eligible for free delivery. Such promotions will apply solely to orders placed directly through the website. The value of Individual items with free shipping will not be included in our £80.00 Free shipping promotion.
5. At the moment, we do not have automatic shipping calculations for certain destinations across the world. For such orders, you may e-mail us for a shipping quote. Alternatively, you may place your order and choose the 'Non UK customers' option. After receiving your order, we will e-mail you your shipping options within 1-2 working days. Payment will only be processed if and when you confirm your preferred shipping method.

Delivery Targets - United Kingdom

Royal Mail Signed for Delivery Service– Royal Mail Delivery may take up to 3 days after dispatch.

Please note that Royal Mail Signed for are not guaranteed services. Order sent by the above mentioned services cannot be considered lost until after 15 working days of posting. Therefore, we are unable to re-ship lost or delayed orders sent by the aforementioned Royal Mail services, before 15 working days have expired. https://shataf.co.uk is not liable for orders that are returned to us where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided. In such cases, there will be an additional postage charge for re-delivery.

Non-UK destinations

1. Free shipping to destinations within the EU (Including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Destinations) is available for orders valued at £125.00 or more. This promotion applies solely to orders placed directly through the website. Free shipping will not be applied to trade orders and orders placed via e-mail, fax, post or phone.
2. The maximum shipping charge for orders to EU destinations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Destinations) is £35.00. This maximum shipping charge applies solely to orders placed directly through the website.

If the UK leaves the EU without a Brexit deal, parcels shipped to the EU will need customs clearance for exports and imports from this date. That means all shipments to the EU will require extra time to process. Additionally, shipping prices to the EU may be subject to change.

Below are the shipping services we offer to destinations outside the UK.

Parcelforce Worldwide– Aims to deliver within 5-7 working days to Western Europe, 7-10 working days to Eastern Europe and 7-10 working days to the rest of the world.

Items shipped to non-UK destinations via Parcelforce Worldwide cannot be considered lost until after 20 working days for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World.

Please note that working days are any days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays. Failure to enter correct billing and/or shipping information when placing an order may result in it being delayed.
